Dear curlers,

the Organizing Committee has arranged hotel packages for the EJCC 2015. We would like to inform you about the packages and reservation terms:
  • Reservations are accepted only with the attached order form.
  • A minimum of the basic package should be booked by all teams. Please note that the airport transportation system will only operate to and from the Globus Hotel.
  • Deadline for the reservation is 28.10.2014.
  • Deadline for the payment is 10.12.2014.
  • Payments must be made free of charge to the following bank account:

Price 67.200,- CZK/team (team = 5 players + 1 representative or coach)
For five people only the price is 56.000,- CZK/team

The package includes:
  • Farewell Banquet & Closing Ceremonies (GLOBUS hotel)
  • EJCC 2015 Badge (Pin)
  • Accommodation in the Globus Hotel***:
  • Types of hotel rooms: 1/1BB, 1/2BB, 1/3BB, 1/5BB
  • Available rooms for EJCC: 8 rooms 1/5BB (two-bedroom apartment for 5 people), 17 rooms 1/3BB, 34 rooms 1/2BB and 41 rooms 1/1BB
  • Rooms will be assigned according to the date on which orders are delivered
  • Buffet breakfast (hot and cold buffet) and dinner (one non-alcoholic drink is included)
  • Transport Airport - Hotel and back
Booking an extra night from 10.1 to 11.1. 2015 is possible for 960,- CZK/person
